A product becomes a brand through the decisions around it.

Start with a clear promise. The first question is not only what the product is, but who it is for, when it matters and why the intended customer would choose it.

Connect the layers. The food, message, packaging, channel and experience should support the same proposition. A strong visual identity cannot resolve an unclear offer on its own.

Define what needs to be learned. Early development can be organised around questions: taste, consistency, sourcing, format, customer response and everyday delivery.

Give the launch a sequence. A phased plan can make decisions visible and establish what should be tested before the next step. This sample editorial demonstrates the journal format and makes no claims about Bobby’s clients or brand results.
